Excel Home Inspections was established in 1986 to provide home buyers and sellers with quality home inspections. Our home inspections are done in accordance with standards and ethics set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (A.S.H.I). The company has been owned and operated by Dan Loreti since 1986. Dan established Excel Home Inspections in 1986. As senior inspector, Dan takes personal pride in offering professional assistance to his clients during one of the most important financial decisions they are likely to ever make. His clients can feel secure knowing that their home inspection will be conducted by one of New Jersey's most experienced licensed home inspectors. Excel Home Inspections was voted one of the best in 2006 and 2007 by The Readers of the Courier News.

In addition to his Home Inspection license, Dan's credentials are many, including membership in both ASHI and NJ-ALPHI. Dan also maintains certifications as a NJ Radon Measurement Technician (#MET10083) and NJ Pesticide Applicator (#26257).
